1.2 Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Locktek Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable policies and guidelines.

1.3 Authority

You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

3.1 Platform Services

Locktek provides:

• Multi-network wallet generation and management (25+ blockchain networks)
• Transaction processing and signing
• Cross-chain transfer capabilities
• DeFi protocol integration
• Gas sponsorship (ERC-4337)
• Real-time analytics and portfolio tracking
• AI-powered transaction optimization
• Developer SDKs and APIs
• Webhook event notifications

3.2 Service Levels

We commit to maintaining:

• 99.99% uptime SLA
• <5ms API latency (P50)
• 500+ signatures per second
• 24/7 technical support (Growth tier and above)

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To use the Services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable laws

4.2 Authentication Methods

We support multiple authentication methods:

• Email/password
• WebAuthn/Passkeys
• Biometric authentication
• OAuth2/SSO integration
• Hardware wallet authentication
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA)

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• All activities occurring under your account
• Immediately notifying us of unauthorized access
• Implementing appropriate security measures for API keys

5. Subscription Plans and Pricing

5.1 Subscription Tiers

5.2 Fee Structure

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually
• 0.2% platform fee on all swap transactions
• No hidden transaction fees
• Gas sponsorship limits based on tier

5.3 Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes
• Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest or maximum allowed by law

5.4 Free Trial

• 30-day free trial for new accounts
• Automatic conversion to Starter tier unless upgraded
• No credit card required for trial
• Trial limitations: 1,000 API calls, 2 networks

6. Acceptable Use Policy

6.1 Prohibited Activities

You shall not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctioned activities
• Use the Services for illegal gambling, fraud, or scams
• Attempt to compromise Platform security
• Reverse engineer or copy Platform technology
• Exceed rate limits or abuse the Services
• Store or transmit malicious code
• Misrepresent your identity or authorization
• Facilitate wash trading or market manipulation
• Use the Services to harm minors

6.2 Network Usage

• Respect blockchain network rules and protocols
• Not engage in network spam or attacks
• Comply with gas limits and network fees
• Not exploit network vulnerabilities

6.3 Compliance

You must comply with:

• All applicable AML/KYC requirements
• Sanctions and export control laws
• Data protection regulations
• Securities laws where applicable
• Tax obligations

• Complete security against all threats
• Accuracy of third-party data
• Profitability of DeFi strategies
• Blockchain network performance

10.3 Cryptocurrency Risks

You acknowledge the inherent risks of cryptocurrency including:

• Extreme price volatility
• Regulatory uncertainty
• Technical vulnerabilities
• Irreversible transactions
• Smart contract risks
